Grimm's Preschool Curriculum
At Grimm’s Preschool in the north area of Bogota, our curriculum focuses on nurturing the whole child. We aim to foster a love of learning, encourage creativity, and provide a strong foundation for future academic, artistic, and athletic success. We create tailored work plans to enhance individual skills, identify and nurture talents, and support personal and social-emotional development from the start. By combining project-based learning with technology and an immersive bilingual environment, we ensure our students thrive in all aspects of early childhood education.
The curriculum ensures English fluency at an A1.2 certification level, promotes advanced mathematical thinking, and develops strong reading and writing skills in Spanish at a B1 level.
Guided by passionate teachers, children are provided with ample opportunities for experimentation, critical thinking, and problem-solving across the curriculum, particularly in STEM disciplines.
Inspired Early Years Methodology
Our philosophy is influenced by the Reggio Emilia and Inspired Early Years methodologies. We prioritise self-directed learning, guided exploration, and play, with a focus on establishing a strong academic foundation and positive relationships. With visible thinking strategies, we encourage children to communicate, collaborate, and research, building essential skills for lifelong learning.

- Personal, Social, and Emotional Development: Promoting self-regulation, confidence, and positive relationships.
- Physical Development: Fostering motor skills and introducing sports to support physical health and coordination.
